In 2017, exact 500 years after our far far grandfather Ozdemir Pasa brought the Yemen and Ethiopian coffee beans to Istanbul, we started to think about designing professional Turkish coffee machine for commercial use. After a wide research we have noticed that there was no professional Turkish coffee machine while everyday half of the world is enjoying Turkish coffee. Without any experience in developing machines, not knowing how a coffee machine and coffee grinder works, what cnc and diecasting is, how electronics work, we started to design the first professional Turkish coffee machine, ever made in the history. After many testings with sensors and heaters, several prototypes, building up relations with worldwide partners, talkings with Turkish and Espresso barista’s, we now have reached a level on which we proudly can present the worlds first professional Turkish coffee machine ever made.
